Returns

• Olivia is unable to accept returns when the product is bespoke or personalised.

• All 'standard' (i.e. not personalised) art prints and cards can be returned as long as they are received by Olivia in good condition. Please ensure all prints and cards are well protected before posting, Olivia cannot refund returns that are damaged in transit.

• Please contact Olivia within 14 days if you would like to return an item.
