Shipping & Returns

​Shipping
  • All pictures are sent 2nd Class, signed for, via Royal Mail unless otherwise agreed. 

  • All larger items or furniture will be sent via courier and discussed with the client.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, I am not responsible for postal delays, but I will always do my best to help if any issues arise.​

Returns​
  • As all bespoke and personalised pieces are made especially for you, I’m unable to accept returns on these items.

  • If you would like to return a non-personalised item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Standard (non-personalised) art prints and cards may be returned provided they are received back in their original condition.

  • Returns must be:

    • Carefully packaged to prevent damage

    • Sent using a tracked postal service

  • Unfortunately, I cannot issue refunds for items that are damaged in transit when being returned.

Damaged or Faulty Goods on Delivery
  • If your order arrives damaged, you must notify me in writing within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

    • The damaged artwork/ item

    • The internal and external packaging

    • The shipping label

  • These are required in order to assess the claim and, where applicable, pursue a claim with the carrier. Unfortunately, I’m unable to peruse damage claims with the carrier without this evidence.

  • Where goods are confirmed to have been damaged prior to or during delivery, I will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.​​

  • Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
