All pictures are sent 2nd Class, signed for, via Royal Mail unless otherwise agreed.

All larger items or furniture will be sent via courier and discussed with the client.

Once your order has been dispatched, I am not responsible for postal delays, but I will always do my best to help if any issues arise.​

Returns​

As all bespoke and personalised pieces are made especially for you, I’m unable to accept returns on these items.

If you would like to return a non-personalised item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Standard (non-personalised) art prints and cards may be returned provided they are received back in their original condition.

Carefully packaged to prevent damage

Sent using a tracked postal service

Unfortunately, I cannot issue refunds for items that are damaged in transit when being returned.

Damaged or Faulty Goods on Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify me in writing within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

The damaged artwork/ item

The internal and external packaging

The shipping label

These are required in order to assess the claim and, where applicable, pursue a claim with the carrier. Unfortunately, I’m unable to peruse damage claims with the carrier without this evidence.

Where goods are confirmed to have been damaged prior to or during delivery, I will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.​​

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
